Title: Service Contracts and NVOCC Service Arrangements 
Abstract:

The Federal Maritime Commission proposes to amend its regulations at 46 CFR part 530 governing the filing of service contracts in the Commission's SERVCON system, the publication of certain essential terms of those service contracts, the electronic filing of service contract corrected transmissions, and the submission of service contract correction requests. The Commission also proposes to amend its regulations at 46 CFR part 531 governing the filing of NVOCC Service Arrangements (NSAs) in the agency's SERVCON system, the publication of certain essential terms of those NSAs, the electronic filing of NSA corrected transmissions, and the submission of NSA correction requests.
