Abstract:
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to issue regulations to help agencies apply the provisions of Public Law 114-47, which allows current and former land management employees to compete for permanent positions in the competitive service at a land management agency or any agency for any position under what the statute calls internal merit promotion procedures. |
