Abstract:

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the Board) requests public comment on a proposal to repeal its Regulation C, which was issued to implement the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.  The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has issued final rules that supersede the Board's Regulation C.
