Title: Amendments to the Drug Enforcement Administration Hearing Regulations 
Abstract:

This rule proposes to amend the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) hearing regulations. In this rule the DEA proposes to amend its regulations that govern the procedures in administrative hearings to deny, revoke or suspend a DEA registration to handle controlled substances or listed chemicals. These regulations have not been amended since the inception of the regulations in 1971.
