Title: Flights To and From Cuba 
Abstract:

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations previously contained a separate subpart O addressing flights to and from Cuba.  In an interim final rule published on 3/21/16, CBP amended the regulations by removing subpart O because the provisions in that subpart were either obsolete due to intervening regulatory changes or were duplicative of regulations applicable to all other similarly situated international flights. This final rule would finalize the interim final rule.
