Title: ●Remaining Requirements for Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) Electronic Reporting Requirements | |
Abstract:
This rule finalizes the remaining unaddressed parts of the previous proposed rule RIN: 2060-AS75. That proposed rule was requested by electric utility steam generating unit (EGU) owners and operators, who sought to expand the familiar Emissions Collection Monitoring Plan System (ECMPS) Client Tool - already in use - to handle all electronic reporting required by the MATS. This action will complete the steps necessary to merge electronic reporting requirements into the ECMPS Client Tool. This action reduces regulatory burden for EGU owners or operators because the deadline extension keeps them from having to submit their data via two separate electronic reporting systems. |
