Title: ●National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutant Emissions: Petroleum Refinery Sector
Abstract: The purpose of this action is to propose technical corrections and clarifying language to Refinery MACT subparts CC and UUU, which were amended in December 2015 following a risk and technology review. After promulgation of the final rule, we received questions and comments related to certain rule provisions for which the regulated industry sought additional clarifications. We were also requested to correct typographical errors and referencing errors before the compliance dates of the rule amendments. This action will propose such amendments, which are expected to be non-controversial and result in no additional costs or burden to regulated facilities.
