Title: Importation of Fresh Cape Gooseberry Fruit From Ecuador Into the Continental United States | |
Abstract:
Currently, Cape gooseberry (Physalis peruviana) fruit from Ecuador is not admissible to the United States. This proposed rule will provide the public with the opportunity to comment on a pest risk analysis that identifies Ceratitis capitata as the pest of concern, and a risk management document that identifies pest risk mitigation measures for the pest of concern. |
