Title: Processing of Donated Foods for Use in the NSLP and Other Food Assistance Programs: Implementation of the Agricultural Act of 2014, and Further Revisions and Clarifications in Processing Requirements 
Abstract:

This final rule implements provisions of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (Pub. L. 113-79, the Farm Bill) with regard to the processing of donated foods, and to further amend current regulations to provide more efficient and effective service to State distributing and recipient agencies, including School Food Authorities.
