Title: ●Amendments to Implement United States Policy Toward Cuba 
Abstract:

In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to implement portions of the National Security Presidential Memorandum on Strengthening the Policy of the United States, dated June 16, 2017 (NSPM). The NSPM directs the Secretary of Commerce, as well as the Secretaries of State and Treasury, to take certain actions to implement the President's policy. The Departments of Treasury and State will take related actions.
