Title: ●Competition With Civilian Bands 
Abstract:

This part offers general guidelines to ensure Army Bands do not compete with civilian musicians. The part also offers guidelines for when Commanders can authorize Army Band participation (except the U.S. Army Band and the U.S. Army Field Band) on and off military posts. The contents of the rule are internal and concern agency management, thus the rule is unnecessary and will be repealed.  Cost savings have not been identified.
