Title: ●Board for Correction of Naval Records 
Abstract:

This part establishes uniform policies, procedures, and standards for the Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR) which, upon petition, corrects servicemembers’ naval records under 10 USC 1552.  This part will be combined with 32 CFR part 70 to create a single DoD-level rule for Discharge Review Boards and Boards for the Correction of Military Records. Cost savings associated with this part are consolidated under 32 CFR part 70.
