Title: DoD Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program; Amendment  
Abstract:

The DoD Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program Regulation has been revised at 32 CFR part 286. It promotes uniformity in the DoD FOIA program and applies to all Components. This part will be removed from the CFR. Cost savings associated with this part are consolidated under 32 CFR part 286.
