Title: National Security Education Program (NSEP) and NSEP Service Agreement: Amendment  
Abstract:

On December 6, 2016 (81 FR 87448), DoD published a final rule that implemented the responsibilities of the Secretary of Defense for administering the National Security Education Program (NSEP) and explained the responsibilities of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness for policy and funding oversight for NSEP.   

Subsequent to publication of the final rule, further amendments needed to be made to the final rule, currently codified at 32 CFR part 208. These edits will reflect changes to the Department’s organizational structure. This proposed rule will amend the final rule that published on December 6, 2016.
