Title: ●Loan Repayment Terms for Private Practice Special Loans to Former National Health Service Corps Scholarship Recipients  
Abstract:

This rule will remove from the Code of Federal Regulations obsolete regulations regarding the establishment of repayment terms for private practice start-up loans provided to former members of the National Health Service Corps. These existing regulations are obsolete because the Department of Health and Human Services is no longer involved with loans made through this program.
