Title: CY 2018 Changes to the End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Prospective Payment System and Quality Incentive Program (CMS-1674-F) 
Abstract:

This annual final rule updates and makes revisions to the End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Prospective Payment System (PPS) for calendar year (CY) 2018, as well as updates the payment rate for renal dialysis services furnished by an ESRD facility to individuals with acute kidney injury (AKI). This rule also finalizes requirements for the ESRD Quality Incentive Program (QIP), including for payment years (PYs) 2019 through 2021.
