Abstract:

Pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will revise our interagency cooperation regulations, to clarify and improve section 7 implementation. We will also revise regulations to address Service exceptions regarding the conservation of endangered and threatened species of fish, wildlife, and plants
