Title: Standards of Fill for Wine 
Abstract:

TTB is proposing to eliminate most of the size specifications for wine containers in order to provide industry members and consumers with greater flexibility in production and purchasing decisions.  This deregulatory action would eliminate the restrictions that inhibit competition and the movement of goods in domestic and international commerce, and would provide new opportunities for meeting consumer demand.
