Abstract:

The Department will rescind the Vocational and Applied Technology Education program regulations, including regulations on State-administered programs and national discretionary programs. We are taking this deregulatory action because the regulations are not authorized by the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins IV).
