Title: Energy Conservation Standards for External Power Supplies 
Abstract:

The Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA), Pub. L.110-140, requires that DOE conduct two rulemakings to review whether the EPS standards that are in effect at the time the review should beam ended. The first of these reviews resulted in the publication of a final rule amending the statutorily-prescribed standards set by Congress for certain external power supplies (79 FR 7846) (February 10, 2014). Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 6295(u)(3)(D)(ii), DOE in this action initiates the second required review of EPS standards to determine whether to amend the current standards.
