Title: ●Notice of Proposed Withdrawal of the Final Control Techniques Guidelines for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry
Abstract:

The EPA published in the Federal Register the "Release of Final Control Techniques Guidelines for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry" on October 27, 2016 (81 FR 74798). These guidelines provided recommendations for reducing volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from existing oil and natural gas equipment and processes in Moderate and higher classified ozone nonattainment areas and states in the Ozone Transport Region. In this action, the EPA requests comment on potentially withdrawing these guidelines in their entirety.
