Title: ●Findings of Failure to Submit SIP Submittals for the 2008 Ozone NAAQS 
Abstract:

As required by Clean Air Act section 110(k)(1)(B, in this final action, the Administrator finds that several states failed to submit State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions in a timely manner to satisfy certain requirements for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) that apply to nonattainment areas reclassified to Moderate in 2016 for failing to attain the NAAQS by the Marginal area attainment date.
