Title: Security Disqualification Update 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would consolidate the FAA's current security threat disqualification regulations to close gaps in the statutes regarding airman certificate applicants. The intended effect would be to provide for uniform applicability of the regulations to all individuals holding airman certificates or applying for such certificates or any part of such certificates, including U.S. citizens or resident aliens.
