Title: ●Amendments to Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program 
Abstract:

FMCSA proposes amendments to address changes in the Agency's grant programs resulting from the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act, including the funding formula changes resulting from the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP) Formula Working Group. This proposal also includes other programmatic changes to reduce redundancies, adopt the use of electronic application formats, and to align the grant programs with FMCSA's current enforcement and compliance programs.
