Title: ●VA Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Verification Guidelines
Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is proposing to amend its regulations governing the VA Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Verification Program. The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) For Fiscal Year 2017, Pub. L. 114-840, amended Title 38 of the United States Code section 8127(f)(4), placing the responsibility for issuing regulations relating to ownership and control for the verification of Veteran-Owned Small Businesses with the United States Small Business Administration. This proposed regulation seeks to remove all references to ownership and control, make appropriate cross references, and to add and clarify certain terms and references that are currently part of the verification process.
