Abstract:

The NIGC is considering a rulemaking to amend when its annual fee rates will be published. In lieu of publishing preliminary rates for each calendar year no later than March 1st each year and, if considered necessary, a modification of those rates no later than June 1st of that year, the NIGC is considering publishing one annual rate no later than November 1st of each year.
