Proposed rule by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) (the Agencies) that would modify the reporting and record keeping requirements for covered trading activities under appendix A of the final rule implementing section 13 of the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, which was added by section 619 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.  In appendix A of the final rule, the Agencies said they would review the data collected and revise the collection requirement as appropriate based on a review of the data collected prior to September 30, 2015.
