Abstract:
The rule will implement a new ad hoc disaster assistance program authorized in the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018, which provides $2.36 billion for expenses related to crops, trees, bushes, and vine losses due to hurricanes and wildfires in calendar year 2017. The rule will implement the ad hoc disaster assistance program and specify the terms and conditions for the program including, but not limited to, eligibility requirements, application timing and process, and other factors. |
