Title: Competition With Civilian Bands
Abstract: This section of the CFR is being removed as it deals with internal Army guidance to ensure Army Bands do not compete with civilian musicians. There are currently internal guidelines for when Commanders can authorize Army Band participation (except the U.S. Army Band and the U.S. Army Field Band) on and off military posts at https://armypubs.army.mil/ProductMaps/PubForm/AR.aspx.
