Abstract:
This final rule will remove this part because it is internal to DoD. This part contains procedures for the assessment of facilities or categories of facilities that are probable and feasible targets for technical surveillance or exploitation based on the facility technical threat analysis. This part places no burden on other agencies, and the description of the relationship with other agencies is in accordance with federal law. |
