Abstract:
This rule proposes a DoD-wide policy for acceptance of a summons and complaint or subpoena served on the Secretary of Defense and the Secretaries of the Military Departments. Part 257 will be revised to address any Military Service-specific procedures. Once this revision is complete, the individual regulations for each of the Military Departments will be repealed. |
