Abstract:

This rule would codify provisions of the Flores v. Reno settlement agreement that were not addressed in Public Law 110-457, as well as applicable provisions of the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008, Public Law 110-457, and the Homeland Security Act 2002 Public Law 107-296 affecting such provisions.
