Abstract:

The Department of Labor's Office of Labor-Management Standards proposes to return to its 2003 interpretation that intermediate bodies that are subordinate to a national or international labor organization that includes a labor organization are covered by the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA).
