Title: Implementation of Amendments Affecting Petitions for Employment Creation for Aliens 
Abstract:

This rule proposes to amend the Department of Homeland Security regulations to implement changes made by the 21st Century Department of Justice Appropriations Authorization of 2001. This legislation made various changes to the EB-5 alien immigrant classification. This rule finalizes requirements and procedures for special determinations on the applications and petitions of qualifying aliens whose employment creation immigrant petitions were approved after January 1, 1995, and before August 31, 1998.
