Title: ●Electronic Filing of Requests for Immigration Benefits
Abstract:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will propose new regulatory provisions to govern electronic filing of immigration benefit requests with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  DHS proposes to mandate use of Internet-based electronic applications to the following immigration benefit requests:  the Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (I-90) and the Application for Naturalization (N-400).  DHS also proposes to establish a process wherein the public would be informed of future immigration benefit requests that must be filed electronically.
