Title: Definition of "Waters of the United States"--Recodification of Preexisting Rule 
Abstract:

The Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of the Army ("the agencies") published a proposed rule on July 27, 2017 (82 FR 34899) to initiate the first step in a comprehensive, two-step process to revise the definition of "waters of the United States" consistent with Executive Order 13778 signed on February 28, 2017.
