Abstract:

The National Endowment for the Humanities intends to adjust the civil monetary penalty amounts listed in its regulation imposing restrictions on lobbying (45 CFR 1168), pursuant to the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
