Abstract:
The Railroad Retirement Board (Board) proposes to amend the Board’s regulations at 20 CFR section 200.1(b). The proposed amendment to 20 CFR 200.1(b) General Administration Designation of Central and Field Organization concerns the Internal Organization of the Board. Reporting directly to the Board members is the seven member Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is comprised of the General Counsel, the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Programs, the Director of Administration, the Director of Field Service, the Chief Information Officer and the Chief Actuary.
