Abstract: The Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission, to which the United States is a member, is expected to adopt a binding resolution in 2018 which will clarify existing Commission Fish Aggregating Device management measures. This would apply to United States purse seine vessels fishing in the eastern Pacific Ocean. This rulemaking would implement that resolution, if adopted by the Commission. | |
