Abstract:

DoD is issuing a proposed rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to modify the clause at DFARS 252.226-7001, Utilization of Indian Organizations, Indian-Owned Economic Enterprises, and Native Hawaiian Small Business Concerns, to revise the current text to provide updated contact information for the bureaus and agencies identified as points of contacts for representation challenges. The modification of this DFARS clause supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
