Title: ●Repeal of Certain Defense Acquisition Laws (DFARS Case 2018-D059) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 812 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019. Section 812 repeals numerous Defense Acquisition Laws. This rule will remove any references in the DFARS to laws repealed by section 812.
