Title: ●Data Collection and Inventory for Services Contracts (DFARS Case 2018-D063) 
Abstract:

DoD was proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 818 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year. Section 818 amends 10 U.S.C. 2329(b) to revise requirements for the submission of information on services contracts to Congress. Upon further consideration, it was determined that rulemaking in the DFARS is not necessary to implement the requirements of section 818 of the NDAA for FY19.
