Title: Medicaid, Revisions to State Medicaid Fraud Control Unit Rules 
Abstract:

The proposed regulation sought to amend the regulation governing the State Medicaid Fraud Control Units. MFCUs or Units to incorporate statutory changes affecting the MFCUs as well as policy and practice changes that have occurred since the regulation was initially issued in 1978. This final action would respond to public comments on the rule.
