Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for Graham's Beardtongue and White River Beardtongue  
Abstract:

We will reopen the comment period on a proposal to list Graham’s beardtongue and White River beardtongue as threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. These plant species are found in Colorado and Utah. We will also, if prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for these species under the Endangered Species Act.
