Title: ●Prohibition Against Certain Flights in the Tripoli Flight Information Region (FIR) (HLLL) 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would allow the FAA to continue to actively monitor the situation in the Tripoli Flight Information Region (FIR) (HLLL) and, based on evaluations, to determine the extent to which U.S. civil operators may be able to safely operate in the Tripoli FIR (HLLL) in the future. The FAA may extend, amend, or rescind this Special Federal Aviation Regulation, as necessary, prior to its expiration date.
