Title: Amendments to the Rules on Responsibilities of Boards of Directors, Corporate Practices, and Corporate Governance 
Abstract:

The final rule will amend the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s regulations on the Responsibilities of Boards of Directors, Corporate Practices, and Corporate Governance to require the board of directors of each regulated entity to have in effect at all times a strategic business plan.
