Title: Fitness-For-Duty Drug Testing Program Requirements [NRC-2009-0225] | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking would amend the NRC's regulations to revise the drug testing requirements for fitness-for-duty programs. The purpose is to align the NRC's drug testing requirements more closely with changes in the 2008 U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' "Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs." The rulemaking would amend the NRC’s regulations for the drugs tested and the protections provided to individuals subject to the program at NRC-licensed facilities. |
