Title: Update to Fees for Search and Review of Agency Records by NRC Personnel [NRC-2017-0144] 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would amend the NRC's regulations to revise the sections pertaining to the biennial review of fees charged under the Freedom of Information Act. These changes are necessary to meet the requirements in the Chief Financial Officers' Act of 1990 and OMB Circular No. A-25.  The scope of this rulemaking would affect both the clerical and professional/managerial salary rates charged for the search and review of agency records by NRC personnel.
