Abstract:
The Commission proposed certain amendments to the Commission's existing whistleblower rules to provide additional procedural flexibility in connection with the whistleblower program (which was established in July 2010) and to clarify various issues that have arisen based on the Commission’s experiences to date in implementing the program. |
