Abstract:

The Division is considering recommending that the Commission propose amendments to existing rules and/or propose new rules under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Company Act of 1940 to implement section 803 of the Small Business Credit Availability Act and section 509 of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act.
